The new front splitter and four planes are among the aerodynamic improvements that will keep the new Viper ACR planted to the road.
Dodge announced last week that the ACR has returned. Dodge has put all of its technical knowhow into this new ACR to make it the fastest street-legal track Viper ever. The long list of performance parts include exclusive Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Brembo calipers, massive Kumho high-performance tires, highly adjustable, coil-over Bilstein racing shocks, weight-saving components that will provide perfect 50/50 weight distribution, and, of-course, that massive all-aluminum 8.4L V10 that produces 645 hp and 600 ft-lb of torque.

The new ACR Viper’s large, dual-element rear wing is one of the largest wings that Dodge has ever attached to a car.
This biggest improvement to the Viper ACR is the new ACR Extreme Aero Package that, according to Dodge, delivers nearly 1 ton of downforce at its top speed of 177 mph. This new aero kit will produce three-times more downforce that the Viper TA 2.0 package. In combination with the tires and suspension, the new ACR aero kit will deliver an amazing 1.5 g of cornering force in high-speed turns. The new aero kit will include a huge dual-element carbon fiber rear wing, read carbon fiber diffuser, unique SRT hood with removable louvers, and detachable extension for the front splitter and additional dive planes.
The new Viper ACR will go on sale later this fall and will have the full customization options of the “1 of 1” Viper program.
