Earlier this month, we showed you the first trailer (more of a teaser) for the new series of Top Gear. Now there is a second trailer and it shows us a lot more of the action…
The new trailer sees Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid behind the wheel of all sorts of new cars – the monstrous Bugatti Chiron, the Ford GT and the Ferrari FXX K are just a few examples. We know they like their head-to-heads, too, so there’s a glimpse of a battle between the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and the BMW M3 – Predictable, really. Not quite so predictable is the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder up against the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet tackling some pretty deep snow.
It’s already gearing up to be a considerable amount better than the last series and that’s not only down to the absence of Chris Evans. The content itself does look a lot more entertaining.
The new series of Top Gear arrives on our screens (in the UK) at 8pm on Sunday 5th March on BBC Two and BBC Two HD. Looking forward to it?
