This special edition Lotus Exige Sport 410 has been revealed celebrating two decades of the ever popular British sports car.
It gets exterior and interior modifications inspired by the Series 1 Exige as well as additional equipment fitted as standard.
Changes made to the Exige Sport 410’s appearance include more body-coloured components such as the rear wing, side air intake vents and roof as well as the black ‘shark fin’ paint protector in front of the rear wheels.
A unique ’20th Anniversary’ logo featuring a silhouette of the Series 1 appears on the front wings and rear bumper. Finishing touches are added by the ’20’ logo on the rear wing end plates.
The silhouette logo features heavily inside the car, too, where you’ll find it embroidered on the seats and embossed on the dashboard. The interior’s nostalgic feel is added to with panelled stitching in the seats and additional alcantara trims available in a number of colours.
Speaking of colours, the Exige Sport 410 20th Anniversary is available in three bespoke “retro-inspired” colours taken from the Series 1. These are Chrome Orange, Laser Blue and Calypso Red. If none of those tickle your fancy, it also comes in either Saffron Yellow, Motorsport Black or Arctic Silver.
There are a number of features which would be optional extras on the standard car but are standard on this special edition. Nitron three-way adjustable dampers now come as standard, as do a carbon fibre splitter, front access panel and tailgate.
DAB digital radio with Bluetooth, cruise control and an alcantara-wrapped steering wheel on the inside accompany ultra-lightweight forged alloy wheels on the outside.
Upgrades such as carbon fibre sill trims, a lightweight litium-ion battery and stainless steel exhaust systems remain on the list of optional extras.
Performance is unchanged meaning a 3.5-litre supercharged V6 producing 410bhp propelling the lightweight sports car from 0-62 in 3.3 seconds and on to a top speed of 174mph.
Pricing for the Lotus Exige Sport 410 20th Anniversary edition starts at £79,900 with first deliveries expected to be made by the end of this year.
