New 2016 Mazda MX-5 advert celebrates driving
Mazda has released a video to publicise the new 2016 Mazda MX-5, and it’s getting a lot of positive responses for the way that it celebrates cars and driving.
Narrated by Aaron Paul, star of the recent and rather average Need for Speed movie, the advert also features what appear to be a Mazda 626, Mazda MX-5 1st Generation (Miata in the US), Mazda 3 Hatchback 1st Generation (Axela in Japan), Mazda 6 3rd Generation, and a 2015 Mazda CX5.
The Mazda MX-5 is due to make its UK debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2015, where Mazda is also sponsoring a four day open-air music festival from June 25th-28th. Prices for the car have already been released, starting at £18,495 for the entry level 131hp, 1.5 litre SE.
After our experience of MX-5 racing recently, we’d have the Mark 1 for racing, and the 2016 model for a daily driver, please.
