Hoonigan Racing Division have announced that they are selling the Ford Fiesta HFHV rally car used by Ken Block in Gymkhana 4!
Based on the M-Sport WRC car, this Fiesta is unlike any other in the world and it’s probably been treated unlike any other in the world, too. It hasn’t been driven carefully, put it that way!
The 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine produces a stupendous 600bhp and 664lb ft of torque! Even with the 34mm restrictor running, it’ll kick out 350bhp, more than the new Focus RS. That’s seriously impressive and the engine isn’t the only component that makes this car as crazy as it is.
It comes with a Sadev rallycross transmission, an upgraded rear differential, Brembo brakes, a Cosworth ECU, uprated wheel bearings, winged seats and a Reiger suspension with ‘ultra-long travel’ which enables it to handle some huge jumps. It’s also worth mentioning that the exhaust spits flames and sounds incredible – What more could you want?
As well as starring in Gymkhana 4, the Fiesta was the winning car at the 2015 Rally of Whangarei with Ken Block at the wheel. As you’d expect, it doesn’t come cheap. The asking price is £250,000 which, admittedly, is a huge amount of money. However, given the history of the car and the fact the the sale includes shipping from America and the parts to convert it for rallycross, you’re getting your money’s worth.
